You'd think for a company that spent so much time on layout, marketing, merchandising, packaging, would think to handle the basics such as, taking care of the waiting patients in a timely manner. Possibly understaffed (ludicrous for a new establishment.) My first trip here the front door was propped open (a security violation.) My second trip a man is staring at two signs, NO CELL PHONES (another security violation,) as he talks on his phone. There are plenty of other alternatives and places to get medicine than to have to subject yourself to substandard management and practices. There is a reason those rules are in place. I won't be returning.

The last dispensary agent I had was more interested in chatting than getting the transaction correct. The small talk is great, but if it gets in the way of doing your job correctly, then leave it alone until you are proficient enough at your duties that you can socialize at the same time. "Do you have any plans for the day, how is your week going so far," among others, asking personal questions of the patient rather than making the transaction smooth and timely. I have never had someone at Walgreen's ask me personal questions while I pick up my medications. I must have been at the counter for 5+ minutes while "Chatty Kathy" made 3 mistakes during my transaction. Another dispensary agent who would rather hear themselves talk than do their job.
