Placed my online order at noon for the 4/20 special.. called at 2pm to check on order. They informed me the wait for online orders was 6 hours and they were so busy they shut down the online ordering . Informed me that anyone that got there order in before it was closed at 2pm would get there order. I am a mess patient an I used my whole 2.5 ounces on this order so I could not go to another dispensary. I counted on you guys to fill my order. I again called back at 9pm, an hour before closing and I was advised there was nothing they were going to do for me and I missed out . The line was closed also. I feel they should have to fulfil all orders onlin wplaced before they shut the orders down. They didn’t even have decency to reach out saying they couldn’t get to my order, couldn’t apologize, and made me miss out on 4/20 deals In general . I will
