I spend a lot of money in the store and I'm in there about twice a week. but what I'm really getting fed up with is the strength of your pre-rolls do not match What you advertise online so online.. says they're 30%. but when you pick it up it's 20% and you get home and it's not what you ordered and you can't take it back because you won't exchange it. you guys are being fraudulent. you are falsifying the strength of your weed and if it says 30%. I expect 30%, not a 20%. this is the fourth time this has happened... and I have pictures to prove it because I took pictures of what your advertising and I have pictures of what I brought home. I'm fed up with this absolutely b******* you are scamming people and that's disgusting!?! I spend a lot of money in your store but now I feel like I'm getting scammed.... the first time. I thought maybe an accident but this is absolutely fraud and I will be reporting this. I don't know where but I'm finding Who to report it to at the OLCC cuz that's absolute fraud. Glad I took pictures for each incident so I have it for four different pickups!!!
