I have gone here regularly for a long time but today was unacceptable! First staff directed me to an empty counter and left me there for 5 min while taking other clients to budtenders ahead of me. My order was ready, don't know why they did that. Then staff demanded I remove my backpack, I asked him to place it in a secure place but he just left it on a seat by the exit where anyone could steal it. Then I was finally led to a budtended who tried to steal from me. He gave me a price without my resident discount. I asked him to add my discount, he instead said he would give me a 20% discount on the bud. I said no, I want my full 15% resident discount on everything. He continued to argue that 1 item 20% off was a greater discount then 15% off my $200 order. Finally he gave me my discount after glaring at me. Horrible customer service & downright theft by employees! Im sure that extra $30 he was trying to charge me would have gone in his pocket!!! No respect for your belongings!
