I created this account, so that I can share my experiences with this establishment. Overall it's OK. Because I've been there now 6 times and on 2 occasions they completely and I mean completely gave me the wrong order. The first time was when I asked for their "Strongest Indica Edibles" and the dude behind the counter sold me a bunch of worthless CBD gummies. Of course no refund once you walk out the store. Today was worse. Today I asked for the Kaviar which is on special on Mondays. I received 3 tubes that said "caviar" but asked the clerk if this was right because they were in pre-rolled tubes as opposed to the kaviar tube you get which is a twist off top. "Yep" the clerk replied and I went on my way. When I got home, I then realized the clerk sold me 3 pre-rolled joints. Not at all what I asked for, nor is it what he said he put in my bag. Mistakes happen, I understand that, but we're literally putting stuff in bags. It's not hard and I'm basically getting a failure rate of 33% from these guys. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. Sorry Starbuds, but I'll not be making a third mistake of giving you my business. Good luck.
