Long time patient, new to online reviewing. Straight to business tho, if a staff member doesn't know the answer, and maybe even sometimes even if the staff member does know, it seems I get told what they think I want to hear about a question I have for them, instead of just admitting they don't have the answer. And due to this, my meds I tend to receive here don't help with what I was needing the medicine to help with... all in all: great products, high prices, and partially inexperienced staff who don't know specific details about their inventory.
