The way this dispensary is set up is the most confusing layout I've ever experienced in a dispensary, and I've been to more than I can count in several states. I had to constantly ask questions while I was led from room to room, with no instructions on what to do. In the shopping room, you can't smell any of the concentrate samples. This makes no sense to me, as there are already samples of each strain for you to see through glass, but they are entirely encased. Smell is perhaps the most important factor when deciding on what concentrate I want, instead when shopping at Bloom I am forced to rely on whatever looks the best (and looks don't always mean anything). Sure enough, I ended up with a completely flavorless/odorless gram of Echo Gems.

Wondering where all the badders went. I went in to shop the other day and was pleased to see a large selection of concentrates (16+ flavors in gold tier alone) yet not a single batter to be found. Lots of honeycomb and crumble, no batters. Checking the menu now, I see only one batter in gold tier and one in silver. I would love to see more batters on the shelf, especially as opposed to crumble and honeycomb which IMO are inferior products. Otherwise I really don't have any major complaints. Quality is good as usual, I'm just sick of only having shatter options.

First time ordering. I got two grams of shatter, the goji og to be specific. Driver was on time and delivery took a little less time than I expected. Shatter is good quality, even came packaged in foil-backed parchment paper. No complaints here.

Real shatter at a reeeeeally good donation. I know good meds and this place has it. I usually stay away from most places on leafly, but this place does it right. My delivery took about an hour from when I placed it and I was kept in communication at all times. Very professional and high quality, clean meds! Keep it up.

Apparently they've moved? Or gone out of business? Went today and the door was wide open. Everything gone.

Meds are great, got the ghost og honeycomb and it was definitely high quality. Was a little disappointed that the driver didn't have any cash on him, so I ended up having to over donate...also they forgot my first time patient gram. While I was satisfied with the medicine I received I was definitely not satisfied with the service, hopefully next time it's on point.

I've been with zen for a few months now and will be a returning patient for time to come. Flower quality is always what I expect (or better). The shatter is great, donation can't be beat period. On the few times my order has been delivered late or I had to wait a little longer than expected, Chris or another driver always makes it up somehow. Easily one of the better deliveries in the valley.

First off, it was a very comfortable environment and a painless procedure. Every employee I met was very nice and helpful. Med selection is a little small at the moment, but I've been assured they have more plants growing. I picked up some of the DJ short blueberry and sour diesel. The blueberry is incredible; tastes more like blueberries than blueberries and smokes great. Haven't tried the sour diesel yet but the look and smell is also perfect. The free gram of blue widow was also very satisfactory, I noticed it was a little more stem-ier than the other strains but otherwise it tastes great and smokes great. Good opening specials and they grow they're own stuff...the quality is there and the people working there know they're stuff. As far as state licensed dispensaries go, this one is tops.

I love AMG and will be returning but to whoever is in charge of the leafly menu: keep it updated! I see several strains on the menu that aren't in available anymore.

One of my favorite things about this place was the big sign out front and the light up "open sign", giving clear indication where I wanted to go. A lot of spots have been shady and required a little more intuition to find, not this place. Very clean inside, friendly people, good meds, and some of the best deals I've found in PHX.
