They text me my order was ready for pick up- after i put in my order online with my medical card info- and had me wait outside in the AZ heat for over an hour.... Why tell me it’s ready for pick up and still have me wait??

Herb’N is AMAZING!!! Always super friendly and willing to help. I had a problem with a battery and they traded out my pods and pen, at no extra cost and without giving me the run around! Any time i have questions on their products, they’re super informed and cater to my individual patient need. THANK YOU HERBN TEAM- You’re all amazing.
