It was my first time ever to a dispensary and found the entire experience to be awkward and uninviting. The staff members working at the desk and managing the guests in the lobby were both snappy and cold, despite having told both of them it was my first experience at a dispensary. I felt out of place to begin with and they certainly didn’t help the situation. The guy who helped me at the counter seemed decent (thus 2 stars) but my overall experience sucked. I also found it weird they had tip jars. Do dispensaries normally ask for tips? No shade, I just found it odd especially for the sub-par service. Most likely will not return..

Great staff! I spoke to an employee over the phone and she was able to answer any and all questions that I had as well as filling an order for me. They were able to fix an error on my end with ease and saved me a trip back home. The drive thru experience was quick and efficient and overall provided a memorable experience. Will definitely be back!
