Ever since visiting Sol when they opened, I haven't been to another dispensary! Their staff? Amazing! From the moment you enter, they usually remember you. There's never a long wait and once you get inside you feel like you're are talking to your friend about the best weed they smoked! Their quality is always great as well!

Great quality but that wait?! I really hope they plan to hire more staff very soon. Even online order can take hours then you get there and still wait another 15-30mins. They have amazing deals so I get why they get so busy but should definitely staff for it.

I walked in the other day and there were 5 employees up front. 2 behind the desk, security and then 2 by the door to go in the back. No greeting. I looked at them and asked “where do I go” they all looked like they were lost themselves. All these people and no one greets someone coming in? I’m a manager and customer service is something I pay attention to. I won’t return because of this experience.

Always great service. I called in with questions and the receptionist was VERY helpful and offered to do a phone order. I wasn’t ready but she was VERY patient with me.

Everyone’s chill and super friendly.
