They need to get their check in procedure in order. Everytime I come here there is a problem. And they know exactly who I am when I walk in... like come on! Three people came and went as I stood there bc no one knows how to process a new caregiver card after the previous one expired. I’m beyond over Rise.
And the people at the check in computer always say “oh the system is slow today.”... No, it’s not the computer.
