PSA : NOT ALL NECTAR STORES ARE CREATED EQUAL I'm not even sure where to start, so I am just going to dive in. One would assume that when you return an item and are then given the balance on a NECTAR Gift Card, that any "nectarine" at any other store would know how to process it. Long story short, that was not the case. I left feeling nothing but disgust. BIG THANKS go to AMY for getting things done. The product is fine. It's just that some of your store's "nectarines" are not.

I've said it before, and I will continue to say it, THIS place is always worth the 45 minute one way Bus ride to get to. I have always been treated very well when I come in and EVERYONE who has ever waited on me here has been cool. Their merchadise is fairly priced and I <3 how fresh the flower always is. Today I was waited on by a delightful young man named NATE who was more than happy to help me find something within my budget. He also took the time to thoughly dicuss the merits of certain smoking accesories over others and answered ALL of my questions. I had a fabulous experience today, as I always do when I come here. Customer service is a way of life to this fine team. I honestly do not understand why anyone would want to shop anywhere else.

OK I gave y'all another chance because you're so very easy to get to from my home, and you do have some decent deals, as well as a couple of budtenders who know how to be kind. But, I WILL NOT BE DISSED yet another time when I call on the phone. Why do you folks always assume when I call that I have laundry list of items I am going to be asking about? I simply ask that you tell me yes or no on a couple of items in stock and it is ALWAYS too much to ask. Always the same old song and dance response, refusing to give me info. Telling me the menu is "not the way to go" and that I "MUST" come in and see what you have. Well, of course you want me to come in so you can try and talk me into buying a substitute if you don't have what I am looking for. I guess the last time I called and was given the spiel came in later that day and didn't find what I wanted then left without buying a thing must have really chapped your hide, eh? Well, sorry, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is a thing on the phone too you know. You've lost me for good this time.

Though I actually live closer to a different Nectar store, I'm more than happy to take two buses to get to this one. The difference between the two is like night and day. This one has friendly, PATIENT, budtenders who are more than happy to let a poor old stoner be picky and don't act like they are doing me a favor to wait on me. Unlike several other places I have been to these folks do a really good job of trying to keep their menu current. I really appreciate knowing that if I see something on the menu on line, chances are pretty good I will be able to walk out of their store with what I came for. I'll definitely be returning.
