I went in as a first time patient to buy a baller jar of sugar wax because they had a special albeit it was right before they closed but I got it home opened up the package and they gave me batter not sugar wax. That was an hour and a half after they closed so I couldn't call them to tell them. I called the very next morning to tell them hoping they would swap it out or do something. I wouldn't complain but it is very brown in color. It looks like mud compared to the yellowish, orangish batter I have got in the past. It also looks no where near 5 grams. They put it in a super tall jar as well. I didn't even turn the lid to smell it. They refuse to take it back. The lack of empathy I received was not there and ultimately he hung up on me. I will not recommended Green Pharms and I will tell everyone I know not to go there!

I stood in line on 420 for 3 hours and was there a half hour before they opened. They took our id's right before the next few people to be let in. I got skipped twice by people that were behind me the whole time. They were giving out boxes which they said were random. I wasn't at the window that I order at cuz I was getting some concentrates. I come back to my window I look around and EVERY SINGLE PERSON that was in my group at the time had received a box. I was the ONLY person that did not receive one that was back there. The 5 people behind me in line all had a box including the 2 people in front of me that I was skipped by. So I get pretty frustrated when I realized every person randomly had a box that was back there except me, I spent close to $500 and stood in line for over 3 and a half hours to be the only one in the back to get excluded from the box giveaway. So as I notice this I get so frustrated and the people that were in front and behind me thought it was pretty crappy too and it wasn't right and even expressed their feelings about it. So the budtender says lemme talk to my manager as she looks around and sees I am the only one without the box. So she went and checked with the manager and he comes over and says, "I am sorry we randomly hand them out." And I say, "so I randomly am the only one in this entire group of shoppers that didn't get a box, that's what you are telling me?" He says, "yeah unfortunately its random and frustrated I say, "even the 4 people behind me and the couple people in front of me got a box and I got skipped not once but 2 times to come back here but it is random?" At this point I was livid. I spent almost $500 he could have understood the situation and how it appeared in my eyes and the eyes around me and even the budtender was shocked! Complete BS! This is how they treat their customers,, NOT COOL!This is the second bad experience that I have had. I am also completely knowledgeable about almost every product and in many cases know more then some of their employees and to have them argue instead of listen maybe they will learn something but not a chance they argued till they were blue in the face and they were completely misinformed because I googled it and I was right and they still wanted to argue! Just an honest review from a loyal, disappointed customer!
