Monarch is a very strong dispensary overall, clean facility, good selection of products for the Phoenix market, and a friendly, knowledgeable staff.
The only reason I shop around elsewhere, too, is because the prices are a little high compared to other dispensaries in the area, and the rewards / incentive programs could be revamped to offer more enticement.
You can't go wrong with Monarch, though, especially if you live in Scottsdale.
