This was only my third visit to Nirvana and the first two visits were pleasant. The third visit- today was not. No customer interaction. no professionalism. the front desk was no better. not even any eye contact like there was no personality to the cashier there was no information given like I wanted to buy more stuff but I didn't because of how disconnected the cashier was from the sell. i work in customer service so I understand hard days but put that aside. The way we treat customer's matter. Every customer is different. Every transaction has to be met with professionalism. No "Nirvana" for me today.
