Liberty is probably my go to dispensary. They usually have very good deals and prices compared to other Maryland dispensaries, and their rewards system is probably the best. I've gotten their 1/4 small buds a couple of times, and I was impressed with the quality for the price. Royal wedding cake and cake n chem were both very good.
