Really high end quality. Almost too nice because I know I'm also paying for the fancy packaging, but I've been sold on the reliability of stock, variety, and truly helpful people. This store is rather a noisy barn with its high ceiling and complicated product displays with custom-named products not immediately familiar, but that is quickly overcome by a great staff who go the extra mile to be welcoming and answer questions. They keep the protocol tight for security, but never make you feel they are focusing on that, like some party stores do. At my visit today, Noelle took extra time to review and discuss bud strains with me and my partner, and she answered questions and was genuine and kind. Also she explained discounts and offered options for my points, even reminded my partner that his ID was expiring. Just great service all around.

Very efficient set-up with cordial & convenient service despite the pandemic. Just tried the Mindy's black cherry gummies on a recommendation, and they are delicious. You can hardly taste the concentrate plus the packaging is friendly for arthritic hands to open. Lake Effect has a wonderful selection for both med and rec users, most items always in stock. LE is now my go-to dispensary.

Really strong team here with focus on customer service. Invariably everyone has been patient, a good educator, kind, and efficient and I've especially liked working with Brice, Keith, and Molly. CCBD offers a great, wide selection of products, fun specials and deals, plus they maintain an extensive schedule of days/hours. The street location is a bit funky to find and the building can be awkward to access, though there is an elevator if you park down the hill in the back. The shop follows the law to the letter but unobtrusively. Feel confident coming here and respected as a MMA patient.
