The whole process they have for online pick up is the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen! You walk into the waiting room and see a 2 hour wait time and they urge you to order “online” as it was faster if I already knew what I wanted! It took almost three hours from the time I placed my order online to get my “quick” order!
