Absolutely poor customer service, purchased 2 cureleaf slim pens that both failed and siezed up upon opening. Called ahead to see what we could do to remedy the situation, I was told to bring the cartridge back into the store to switch them out. Once I arrived I was turned away because 1 pen didn't have the original box. I'm a user for true medical pain relief. It was a quick remedy to switch out the pens for a 3 year customer. Instead I was sent on my way, told I could contact customer service if I wanted to. Unacceptable!
