I have been here alot in the past, hasn't been for a a little bit, went recently.....horrible. First I get my usual. Jupiter OG concentrate, which is usually fire. I get home and open it and it's nasty, black, hard as rock, brittle and tastes like dog poo. It was late, so I just called the this morning, before writing a bad review, hoping they could correct the situation for me. The girl told me the manager says all says are final but we will make it up to you next time by giving you a free preroll for a dollar!! Well i get a free, old, stale, nasty pre roll that runs when I spark it. No thanks Essence, you just lost a major customer. No integrity, your loss.
