The honest truth is....delivery is finally a thing in Portland! I have tried several other delivery services. Some of them are straight up illegal, some shops charge $100 minimums with $10 delivery fee, some shops online menus suck. Diem is different. No fees, big selection, lowest prices I have seen in PDX, and fast delivery. Super pumped they are here. Diem is a startup but I have a feeling they are going to be huge.
