Really great customer service with friendly staff. Syd is my fave budtender and provides great recommendations, and she is always incredibly helpful and professional. I like that it is accessible by car, and that it is not that crowded when I go, for those of us that are a bit more concerned with dense crowding. Their selection is always good (particularly for vape cartridges) and the rewards program ensures that the more you buy, the more you save over time.
