I love walking into Medusa for the fact the staff know me by name. it makes me feel welcomed. I can sit and bs with the employees. they give me recommendations on what they think I'd like. but my issue is, the can never keep brands. the lost io extracts, inventing room, mad terp labs, and more, yet they keep trading it out for wack ass brands. they keep wtf concentrates that run 65$ yet they won't keep inventing room saying it cost to much. I've been waiting 2 weeks to go shopping here to get aeriz concentrates but low and behold they still don't have it. well looks like I'd rather drive to flagstaff, Phoenix, Vegas or needles than honestly waste money here

This has been my favorite dispensery. so I asked to by a vapen mask for my wife. they didn't have any for sale on that side of the shop. another worker besides my budtender goes to the back and finds one to give me. they had a bogo deal on dab mats, but they only had one left which I was completely fine paying normal price for 1, its 6$ come on but instead he got permission to give it to me. they truly try to make you happy when you go in.
