I've only gone to this location once and although they're closest to my home, I will not return. First of all, they didn't do free gifts for first time patients, no free gram, no rolling papers, no crappy lighter, nothing. Which was weird, cause I read about a deal for new patients on their sign outside a couple months prior, and I'm sure policies change but this is the only dispensary I've ever heard of not giving free gift to new patients; and I'm probably a bit "privileged" or whatever, but this place only has about 10 strands (yes, with its factory- like exterior, they only have 10-12 plants at a time) and none of it looked very impressive. It did taste good though. They only have one set price but the way they price everything is a total ripoff. For 35 at HOD, I'd get an extra 1.5 or 2.5 grams and the quality would be a lot better. For 70, I'd get an extra 3-5 grams because they are smart, like most shops, and do 5 gram 8ths on select strands. That's why everyone goes there. Then there are the select few bad apple shops that do the standard 3.5 8th. Argghh I know I sound like a f'king twat, but there are several shops in the area that do 5 gram 8ths and they're not hard to find. Additionally, if you're still reading this, I got the prices and told the bud tender what I wanted and figured out exactly what I'd need from the atm. I wasn't keen on their prices so I decided on 2 grams. I confirmed with her I need to use the atm and to take 20 out. She confirmed all I'll need is $20 and waits patiently as I use the atm behind her. I come back and decided on 2 different grams, the banana kush and GG 4, but instead of grabbing from what I was looking at, they grab it from a bottle in the back, but the buds looked way worse, possibly even a different plant from what I was shown. Unfortunately, this is a trick some shops do when they doubt the quality of their product. Lol. It's called bate and switch. :) so I asked for something else, she heard me wrong and kept trying to give me the stuff I didn't want again. And now I don't even know what I got, or what I didn't get.. 🤔 so yeah, now it's time to pay and she charges me $21. Whaaat?? Apparently they charge tax. Not sure if the dispensaries started on that day or if DPC started taxing early. Either way, that would have been nice of her to tell me I got charged with tax cause she knew I was taking all my funds directly from atm, and unfortunately I only had a $20, so I have to go back to atm, pull out another $20 and get charged $6 atm fees. She ended up cashing me out before I handed her the second 20, I was going to ask if I could possibly just do an 8th instead, since I took the money out but it was apparently too late, she already "sealed up the bag". So, I was a dumbass and bought another gram. So yeah, I paid the same price and got half a gram less than if they would have just sold me a lousy 8th. And don't get me started on the 2+ extra grams I lost by not going to HOD. :( 3 grams @$36 plus $1 tax = $37. I've been wanting to check this place out but it's just sad. Apparently they're one of the only shops open after every shop shut down, but they should be back up in 2 weeks so I hear. I'm just going to save my money till they open back up.
