I have been a medical patient for the past seven years and by far I’ve had the worst experience at this location. Never thought I would say that because it’s been my go to store since I’ve been a patient, but I’ve been calling them for the past five days trying to redeem a credit for a disposable vaporizer that was Defective and I’ve been getting nothing but the runaround I was told they would be out on the floor in a half an hour spoke with multiple people, including managers and it seems like I’m just a pawn in their game. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have literally called them every day since Wednesday today is Sunday And the menu has been updated multiple times with tons of new product but yet somehow the product I have a credit for seems to just be laying in a vault SMH totally ridiculous. I’ve spent over $50,000 shopping with them in the past seven years so looks like after this, I will be taking my Business elsewhere I’m done with this place was the best when all the old employees were there now it’s went to complete shit.
