I think I've been asked by every employee there to review your operation. I love pretty much all the bud tenders there. Ty is the first one that ever helped me out though....and he is exactly the reason I keep coming back. He is friendly, easy to talk to, and no pressure. I'm shy, reserved, and quiet but I know exactly what I want. I hope clubs never go away completely. Just for the record - I hate lines. ;) I appreciate your open honesty about your products. My bf calls me a "weed snob" I prefer "connoisseur”. I will always only buy top shelf. You have my business as long as your top shelf rocks. I'd love to see some more awesome variety if you should decide to expand your top shelf. <3 Ness

I love the branding behind Monarch, its nice to see someone step up the game in business ownership. I've been smoking so long I usually don't let tenders tell me what they think I should by. For the first time ever in a long time I let your tender tell me......I wasted every dime I spent. I hated your flower and it did nothing for me. Apparently you are not qualified to sale me bud because what you sold me was a joke. I rated your service one because being told to buy flower.....then spending $65 and getting no benefit? I'll pass....
