Probably lost a customer in me. Sucks for me because I liked their quality and location.
October 1st, their pricing was higher than listed on Leafly. I was told I wasn't given "as much as a discount as medicinal users."
Went a week later, pricing was what was listed on Leafly. I thanked them for adjusting that.
Came in on Saturday, purchased 2 separate strains and they honored the 1/4 ounce price, for a savings of $10. Today, different employee and I was told that they couldn't do it due to their "system" and "trying to do everything legit now."
I basically felt lied to and will probably avoid them in the future. I don't like to argue, so I left, but I will remember that feeling of dealing with shitty customer service.
I'd understand if I was asking for 7 different strains, but to walk in the back and pick out 2 pre-packaged 1/8's doesn't count as buying in bulk? Or maybe it depends on the day of the week? As a customer, I look for consistency. I'm not seeing it here and left frustrated.
Besides their pricing problems, the quality of the material has been fine. Up until today I enjoyed the friendly banter with the employees, there are some good people working there.
To the management, sorry for the crummy review, but these pricing inconsistencies need to be addressed.
