Yesterday, I ordered a concentrate that I had ordered the day before and because I loved the product so much, I decided to re-order it again. I saw it was available online for pick up so I ordered the item however, when I arrived I was advised very kindly the item was out of stock. I ended up replacing it with another item which I didn't like and haven't used as the whole gram of MAC BHO by Helbal Edibles was completely melted and made the whole experience disappointing as I drove a long way to pick up my items and the replacement wasn't satisfactory. I've been smoking cannabis is many shapes and forms for over 10 years and this is the first dispensary that twice in a roll I have been disappointed with two items I have purchased. Don't get me wrong though, they do have great prices and great items but it would be nice if they checked the product first before sale to make sure the item is good for sale and consumption. In my second purchase which was over $100 the pre-roll I received wasn't smokable because the flower was grinded too much to the point that you couldn't suck any smoke from the pre-roll as the flower was too compressed for a pre-roll. I ended up just breaking it up and smoking it in a bowl. The pre-roll wasn't much of an issue because I can just buy pre-rolls elsewhere however, for the concentrate which is my favorite stuff to smoke, was a big inconvenience because the replacement wasn't what I expected to see when I opened it. I would like to give them a chance to make it right as I will continue to go to Dark matter if they fix this issue. The customer service is great though, they are good people 😁.
