Terrible customer service. Waited over 15 mins to get an 3 items for an online express order.

This was honestly the worst service I’ve had at Curaleaf. I placed an online order for a single cartridge and it said it was ready to pick up at 11:55am. Well, I get there at noon and understandably they have everyone waiting outside. They didn’t have any seating for patients to sit so I assumed it would go by rather quickly. Nope, definitely not the case. After 30 minutes of waiting for a single cartridge that was ready, I come to find out that they’re not doing prioritization for online orders. What? They did not mention this at all anywhere on their website, on Leafly or when I placed the initial order. So I was under the impression that online order have priority because it’s supposed to be an express pick up but in reality I was waiting in line for something that was ready to go. I didn’t even bother waiting any longer because that is just ridiculous. What’s the point of having the online order system if you don’t get prioritization? You might as well shut down the online orders and only do walk ins like the mint dispensary or you should let you patients know in advance that even though you place an online order it’s first come first serve. This truly didn’t make any sense whatsoever to me or others that placed online orders. Rather than being understanding and apologetic about the way THEY’RE company decided to do this the front receptionist was just plain rude. She gave me an attitude for questioning their system. If you’re not going to make online orders a priority then it needs to be stated so patients like me don’t waste their time. Also, just a thought, if you’re going to have patients waiting 20+ minutes outside then it would be nice for you to set up some sort of seating especially since there are people like me who have spinal conditions that make it difficult to stand for long periods of time. Overall just a terrible experience and an ultimate waste of time. I get that dispensaries are having a hard time with the COVID19 but when you go out of your way to make it more difficult to receive my medication, it just shows that you don’t care about your patients. Needless to say, I probably won’t ever go to another Curaleaf again.

Absolutely love the staff at this dispensary. They’re both knowledgeable, friendly and just awesome people. Highly recommend the moonshine haze

I decided to come here to try their 10 gram slab deal. I asked about the possibility of the slab weighting under because I’ve had it happen at other places and they gave me $5-10 off my next slab because of the inconvenience. The bud tender that helped me said no one has ever had a problem with it weighing out incorrectly but to feel free to weigh it and give a call if it didn’t weigh right. I got home and weighed it out on my scale and it came to 9.69 grams. Called the dispensary and the Manager Nick said it could be my scale because he’s “positive” they weigh it out correctly on their professional scales that weigh to the hundredths. He said I could drive the 30mins there and have them weigh it to make sure but I really rather not drive that amount of time due to my back problem. All in all, not very good service in terms of slab mistake but if I go next time I’ll make sure to have them weigh it out in front of me.

I didn’t get a chance to try anything from them because they skipped me twice while I was waiting on my first and probably only time at this location. I can’t speak for the quality of the products but the service was subpar at best.

Absolutely love this location. It is the best in AZ for shatter I think. The prices are great and the quality of the shatter is top notch.

Level Up is a great location to receive your medicine. I absolutely love their Patient for Life program and they referenced some great product including Moose and Lobsta. Their shatter is fire. Highly recommended.?

The location was amazing. Clean, bright, and professional looking. Hardly any wait time, five minutes max I believe. The entire staff was friendly and the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable about the different products they had. Their shatter is absolutely amazing and the price is great. I really recommend the GSC shatter, smooth and tastes great.
