I would have given the quality and service 5 stars except for this ongoing problem I have had when I go to Ike's. Their online menu is rarely up to date and while I understand the challenges involved in having a 'dynamic inventory' there are plenty of ways to ensure that what is online reflects what is in the store. I have run into this issue 4 times in the last two weeks at Ikes which has resulted in 4 hours of wasted time (driving to Ikes).
