Medical patient, i placed a online order at 4pm new years eve. i went in the oasis dispensary north 4 hours later to pickup my items. The line was absolutely stupid. only 2 or 3 budtenders were helping what looked like over 50 plus people on new years eve... i waited over 40 mins in line for my online order at the store before getting flustered n pissed and overall i left without anything! ive noticed that there is no benefit to online orders... you must wait behind everyone even though you already picked ur items. they dont have a express pickup window which is absolutely dumb for not having. thanks for treating your medical patients like garbage and wasting my time!

placed a large online order hours in advance, upon entering the store they informed me my order online doesnt show n now i must wait as a walk in, but yet others had express orders that worked?

still to this day cannot remember or say my name correctly. sub par wax. tried to many times and too many times disappointed... whats with taking down the crappy reviews zen? next time ill come in with media to broadcast this on a live stream. you can stop bullshitting people now...
