They randomly cancel your Leafly order. No “hey, we are out of ______, would you like something else?” Do not recommend this place.

The rec line moves about 4x faster than express line. Make that make sense….

My first and last time visiting this location. Placed an order through Leafly at 9am. Showed up at 11:10am (since I never got a message my order was ready). Didn’t have anything that I ordered in stock…I’m glad I drove 30 miles from Tempe to this shit hole for nothing. I miss the dispensary days before rec was legalized.

I watched about 6-7 people walk in after me, get called back before me. Why do you penalize medical patients for placing Leafly orders?

I have not had one positive experience with a dispensary since recreational sales started, until I visited Sol today. Sucks that you’re 30 min away, but thank you for not being a shady, price gouging, shit hole, old weed selling, dispensary like many have become! And thanks for carrying grow sciences ✌️

First, let me say my bud tender was a rockstar. I can’t remember her name, but she was super nice, knowledgeable and patient. With that being said, for $40 an 8th, I expect buds that look like what’s in your display jars. Nice, big buds that sparkle with trichomes. Instead, I got home to find tiny popcorn buds with no trichomes. If I didn’t live in Tempe, I would have brought this shit right back to you. So disappointed.

Another trash dispensary. Don’t waste your time ordering ahead, it doesn’t matter. You’re still going to go inside and sit in a lobby with 20-30 other people. Not to mention, you get to play musical chairs. So, every time they call someone back, you’re going to get up and sit in the next chair, that who knows how many people have sat in and when the last time it was sanitized. WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC AND SOME OF YOUR PATIENTS HAVE COMPROMISED IMMUNE SYSTEMS. So ignorant. Avoid like covid.

Avoid this fraudulent dispensary! I’ve been a medical patient for 6 years, been visiting Mint Tempe for the last 3ish years. Not only have medical patients been completely screwed over once the greedy industry finally got rec sales to pass, they now appear to be engaged in false advertising. I just picked up two bunk ass select elite carts. I hate select, but, again, med patients can’t get our quality meds anymore, so, I tried to settle... I ordered the Acapulco Gold cart (which was listed on Leafly as containing 89.4% THC and 1.4% CBD and Dosi-Breath (which did not contain any results, but figured I’d take a gamble. When I got home, I noticed the Acapulco Gold cart is labeled with “60.43% THC and 0% CBD”. wtf? I called to speak with a manager, to which I was told “we don’t have a manager available right now”.....🙄 Still waiting on that callback, so I can return these shit carts and get my money back. Avoid this place like Covid.

Leafly menu is never up to date and medical patients (you know, those of us that helped build your business) can’t get our meds. F*** rec

On Saturday, June 6, I made a trip to Planet 13 as a returning medical patient. I also had a friend with me - it was his birthday so we wanted to pick up a lot of stuff to celebrate. I was called up to the desk to check in with an older African American lady. I gave her my Driver license and told her I was a medical patient. I showed her my medical card on my phone. Disclaimer: the state of Arizona does not issue a physical card. You have to log in to the AZDHS portal to access your card. This lady couldn’t give two shits. She was yelling at me telling me that I have to print my card out or send it to their verification department or some crazy ass nonsense. We left, without making a purchase. We proceeded to go to Releaf down the street where we were greeted with open arms. They accepted my medical card with no problem and saved me a lot of money. Moral of the story, avoid this shit hole that employs rude staff and go down the street to Releaf! Releaf has great products, specials and friendly staff!
