Well, I had nothing better to do on a Saturday night than to be price gauged on mediocre product so I thought I'd head over to Lume. I placed my order online around 8:00 pm and received an email that it was ready about 5 minutes later. I arrived shortly thereafter to an insane line of cars which I already expected due to driving past the place previously. This was approximately 8:15 pm. There were three cars behind mine when they closed off the lot to new customers. One hour later, I finally was approached by an associate who asked if someone had taken my ID. I said no and was then told that I would have to come back tomorrow to pick up my order that had been ready for the last hour! What the hell?? How is this any way to transact business? What was the point of closing the lot off? If close to 9:00 pm you knew you weren't going to be able to get to the remaining vehicles, how about issuing a notice via text/email with a damn apology for poor planning and some sort of remedy to the situation. I immediately cancelled my order. What a piss poor way to run a dispensary. I've been in the legal industry for over 10 years and have worked with dozens of operators across the country from Harborside to Om. I've never been so confounded by terrible management. The entire experience at Lume was so atrocious I will not be returning to this or any of their locations. The COO had previously stated "Our goal is to ensure every customer has an amazing experience every time they come in.” Ha, good luck! I will be frequenting our LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED stores from now on rather than giving another dime to this grossly mismanaged corporate behemoth.
