Awesome pickup tonight and such amazing strains. I felt bunmed last week but i really cant complain about this place. They are really one of the best in Az and have been so great. They have bomb deals/prices and always a huge selection. Budtender was great and loved talking to her tonight. Clean and open atmosphere. Thanks fir kicking butt again tonight!

I’ve been trying to get a delivery for the past three days. Sunday they don’t deliver, and then Monday they told me that they were deliver after soeaking with managemebt. They made me go through this registration process, made me send my identification to them because their system wasn’t working just to be called the next morning to be told that they wont do delivery to me because I’m too far away. Lol!! What a waste of time and what a mess I wish they were a little more organized if they’re going to offer delivery services with no restrictions. There’s no restrictions as to how far their delivery service extends to and after talking to do two different people and getting three different answers as to if they could deliver, I finally had to call back to finally be told by the delivery driver that I’m too far away. What a disapointment and waste. Stop sending my phone messages that you deliver when you actually don’t.

Super bummed, feel like a bait and switch at this dispensary and bud tender did nothing to fix advertised promo. Came in based off of their shatter special promo posted at the top of this menu even as I write this which is buy 5 g of shatter get 1g free. Today was my second visit as my first visit went without problem as they and offered me this special again at 15% off for it being my second time there. However when I went to choose my 5g strains, now they no longer had any “freebie stock of the free 1g shatter.” After reading some reviews it sounds like this is an ongoing issue with different excuses. With nearby dispensaries that offer that same promo and actually have product and let you pick which free gram you want, I’ll definitely be thinking twice. I also was shocked that my bud tender did nothing to fix their shortage or problem and then asked me if i wanted to pay for the 6th one. So unprofessional and provided poor service. I would agree with the other review, if you don’t have the product don’t offer the promo.

Online/Delivery orders lately have been so frustrating and wish better communication was in order. I placed an order today, waited to hear from them and within 15min they cancelled my order. Off to their competitor

terrible employee and product. cant ever get an express order together and then blames you as the customer because they cant get a simple express order together. terrible business and dispensary

Ive been coming to this dispensary for awhile so it hurts me to even write this. I wish they would update their menus to reflect what they have and be aware of the strains they have and specials.

Terrible employee is a terrible management make of this company. Nothing like placing an express order just to not give it to you when you show up

I haven't gone into this store location specifically but I did get an opportunity to try their awesome new cartridges for vape pens Kaya Myst-Stix from Oasis Dispensary and was impressed with the product. I grabbed green crack, tangie, and gorilla glue #4 and thought all tasted great and gave a great feel for my pain. I appreciate this place taking the initiative to start such a great and affordable line mystix and wanted to let you know you are doing great! I also prefer a off brand battery opposed to the jupiter and these cartridges fit just perfectly and didnt have any issues. I have called the staff to answer questions regarding this product and threading over the last 3 days and each and every person was able to help answer my questions and give some great advice and different options as well. overall a great experience. Cant wait to see more Kaya mistix and ripstix down here in the valley more.

way overpriced product even for third party products. $30 for a half gram lol you can google the strain your looking for here on leafly and find it at another location for$5-$15 cheaper than what they are listed here for. I ended up visiting a competitor and picked up the exact same product for a lot less money and with better service. Even asked what specials and discount oasis offers to off set going to a different location but cant even report specials until the morning of?? its pointless and will have me go to your competitor every time for the better deal. Only would be back if they considered appreciating their customers by offering specials and incentives for purchasing from their business.

I have come to this place a few times now and every time I come my visit it pretty good and I leave pretty satisfied with the product I get. However today I came by and I'm still irritated with the bud tender. He wasn't informative at all of even greeted us for that matter and actually seemed a little abrasive and immediately we felt very uncomfortable being there. I tried ordering something other than concentrate and when asking him about the other product he seemed annoyed I was asking questions about it. I like this place and how clean it is and professional but very disappointed in the customer service, good thing I knew what I was buying because if you left it up to your bud tender I would have walked out with buying anything. I hope Benjamin can get on the same page as the rest of the staff because it's a great dispensary.
