I do have to give Nirvana props for the quality of products and fair cost. For the most part I don’t have any issues, but today was probably the worst experience. Yes, I probably should have pre ordered, but when I drove by there was no line outside so figured it would be a quick 20 minute. No, it was literally about an hour, give or take a few minutes. I first noticed it at 11:53a, sent a text to the person waiting for me commenting on the long wait and telling him that it would probably be another 10 min. After 10 min not only did I notice that they haven’t called for anyone waiting, but so did those around me. I decided to voice my concern and was told they’d let their manager know. From here I waited about another 20 min and asked for a manager unknowingly that my name was about to get called. I spoke a manager and I explained the situation. His response was management said to prioritize pre orders. Why not prioritize medical vs recreational? If you can prioritize then prioritize for the right people. I agree getting the pre orders in and out is a great selling point, but there can also be a healthy balance. The manager was a good guy, but he stood behind policy and although he personally may have agreed with me how he responded gave me the feeling that he’s just doing what he told. Did yal know while I was awaiting 4 people left. WOW, they called out their names and everything. I’m pointing this out because if I was the boss I’d want to know that how my team is managing the front lines is pushing business elsewhere.
