Always a pleasure visiting this location. Staff is always happy to help and knowledgeable of the ins and outs of their products. They also include taxes in their prices so you don't end up with too many coins in your change, kinda makes ya feel like they knew what they were doing when they established this place. Although the selection is not massive, it's very complete and well balanced.
Been a regular medical client for this place for a couple of years now. The people who work there are sincere and the selection is somewhat unrivaled. Looking forward to seeing the new music venue and café that are opening up. With all the changes to local laws, this dispensary will have no trouble keeping up with the rapidly changing local market.
After being a regular medical patient here for over a year, I have noticed a few things that make this place pretty average. Although the word is they have "the hottest budtenders in town", they are often not knowledgeable at all, however, they do their best to be helpful.
One day, I emailed about possibly carrying additional brands of PAX cartridges, the email listed on their main site rejected my email message initially. After that I, followed up on my next visit by getting the inventory manager's email address from one of the budtenders and following up directly... Although the email was not rejected, it was still ignored for 10+ days.
After realizing email was not an option, I went ahead and printed out the email and brought it in to see if they might consider my request for additional variety in person. When asking to speak with the inventory supervisor, I was introduced to a young lady with who indicated she was the supervisor’s manager. I handed her the letter and explained my suggestion, after that she became defensive, almost combative, like she did not want to hear from me as a customer.
At this point, she made it clear that they would get more strains, not from any of the newly approved Nevada manufacturers, and they will all be from Matrix which has a very limited selection. It seems to me that they are not interested in customer input or they may have some exclusivity deals going on with their vendors that prevents them from selling other brands.
Bottom line, this place is just average, despite all of the glam, swag, celebrity appearances, and apathy for customer or medical patient input.
