I can't complain at all about Curaleaf everytime I'm there I get along great with everyone. My only complaint I have is due to covid-19 and not Curaleaf's fault for having to start a check-in for everyone that shows up, but I wish the pickup orders didn't have to wait on the same check-in list as those who are just showing up. There may not be a possible solution to this problem, all I can suggest is informing customers who have pickup orders that they can check-in on a separate wait-sheet **but** nothing else can be ordered to just get them in and out. If they choose to want more than their pickup order then they can check-in on the list of people who are walk-ins. Please consider this idea because my pickup orders lately have taken 1 to 2 hours to prep, which is understandable with everything going on, but when I'm told my order is ready I show up and have to wait another 45min behind people who just showed up. This is frustrating when it takes only 3min to pickup my order and go. I hope a solution will come eventually, til then please keep up all the great work and thank you for all that you do!
