Overall vibe was a little bit hectic but I suspect this was a function of the Nevada regulations + a huge amount of customers. I'm writing this review because Piso's really knocked it out of the park in terms of their customer service. I came in from out of state and noticed after getting back to my hotel room that I didn't receive a product I had paid for. Normally I'd assume the loss because how can you go back into a dispensary and claim you didn't get something you paid for? Well, I decided to call and plead my case to which they quite happily agreed to provide me with the missing product upon return. Of course, this was after cross-referencing my receipt with inventory, name, etc. Despite the crowd, Piso's has a process in place to handle situations like this and that should be applauded. A lot of stores would've effectively laughed in my face. Not Piso's. Well played.
