I understand the law has changed but those changes do not take place until July of 2016...I guess I don't understand why G2G made the choice to change now and leave loyal customers out in the cold instead of taking care of those customers the way you have always done until a little closer to the enactment of the new laws? What was the hurry? When I sent my designated provider out to the walk in to get something that was on the menu (and was still on the menu more than 24 hours after my DP found out you were out of the item-contrary to your response to my last review) and she got out there and you were out what was the deal with her being unable to call me and ask what she should get instead without having to go outside to call me. Is she expected to memorize what is available (since it is proven that we can't trust the menu) and then go back in and try to figure out what I might want instead of what I had sent her to get? I hate to see what G2G has become and it's terribly sad that you chose to hide behind a law that isn't going to be enforced for 9 more months.
