Public Service Announcement: Ask to see your receipt before leaving the counter. I was overcharged $5 as well as not getting the early bird discount. Since the receipt was stapled into the bag, didn't realize it until I got home. Notified Mint and have had ZERO response from them. I like this dispensary alot but Im not putting up with the lack of customer respect.

YiLo Superstore - Arcadia (Med/Rec)

This was my first time at Yilo. The place itself is large and has plenty of sitting inside. Its bright and very welcoming. I had done an online order so I cannot speak about the education one would get from the budtender. The checkin was easy - although I wasn't quite sure what to do next since most dispensary have an express window for pickups. This particular location did not. Took a seat, wasn't a long before getting called. The check out process was quick and efficient. The name on my receipt is Samantha and I assume she was my budtender. I have been a medical patient for at least 9 years now and I have never, ever had a budtender that was so on top of it. She knew every discount I would get, she knew what additional "goodies" I would get for the amount spent and handled the entire transaction with a smile and a welcoming vibe. I can only assume the others will be at that same caliber. What a welcoming experience. As weird as this will sound, I really appreciate the way their receipt is produced. Its very clear what you bought, your discount, their discount, tax, etc. The only negative and its really not that big of deal - is to have an express pick up window- even if it is just a couple of hours in the day. Thank you for the great experience.

Once again folks - check your online orders and probably a good idea to bring your order confirmation sheet. Once again I was shortchanged and overcharged.

Due to distance this is not typically the dispensary that I frequent. No more - it is worth the trip (no pun intended). The location is right off the freeway and has good parking. The security guards are friendly and do look like they are able to handle any type of disturbance that may arise. Check in is easy and quick. My budtender, Kathleen was the best. Handled my order quickly, got it right, friendly, funny and caring. Pricing is better than most dispensaries and has a wider selection. (I only purchase vape so I cannot comment on the quality or availability of the products). My only "con" would be to have a better set up for waiting customers. Its a super small lobby plus a bathroom. It was a little unpleasant when a customer came out of the bathroom and there were 3 of us waiting in the lobby.

Zen Leaf - Mesa

After a triple failure of on line ordering (1 wilh Leafly; 1 with Territory webpage and 1 with an order placed with the on line chat) my order was filled after just going to the dispensary. Esperanza was my budtender and if not for her, I would have walked out with the wrong merchandise (battery). She really was great to do business with and had a sense of good customer service. Additionally the gentleman at the desk (12:15pm today) was kind enough to show me the best way to do on line ordering. My only complaint and its more of suggestion, is to improve your on line ordering tools. The website won't let you past downloading a govt. ID (others have also experienced it and its been reported as not necessary but still you can't go forward). When I asked the on line chat the response was so they know who you are - that makes zero sense - you still can"t validate its the proper person until you see them in person. And improve your interface with Leafly or don't have the online ordering link on their site. 2 people have said "there's always a problem". Your on line ordering seems to be more cumbersome than other dispensaries or Leafly itself. This does not take away from the dispensary being top rate and so are its employees.

Giving Tree Dispensary (Med/Rec)

This was my first visit here and I am a medical patient. Check in was easy and the desk person was very nice and pleasant. In my opinion and based from other dispensaries in the area, their process needs refining. You check in and then you are free to look around as a sales person with a tablet will come to you and help you with you with your order. Once you have completed your order, you a free to look around again while they process your order and then call you for payment. My preference is to have one tender handle your transaction instead of the 2-3 - there is alot of waiting around. Today, I was somehow overlooked, not in the system, whatever. I did sign in, I did give my cards to the person who took copies of them, I did wander around for a good amount of time. They took the person behind me (who I was with) and the next two, one of the sales people finally came to me and asked if I had been helped. When I said no - she then showed me 3 pictures on her tablet and asked if I were any of them - really? If they can't look - at a picture and see it is or is not me, how will they know the right person - let alone Im not too thrilled having my pic/name being shown to others. I was none of those. I was asked again for my ID and card because there had to be a system error. Since the person I came with (who is recreational)was waiting to check out and now a line has formed, I declined to have my information re-inputted and wait yet again. I would probably not return to this dispensary - as much as I would like to support local woman owned business. Im sure its great for others based on the reviews, but my experience compared to your competitors did not meet my expectations as a medical patient.
