One of my favorite strains before bed. It's relaxes my thoughts enough to let me sleep and gives that wonderful "couch-locker" feeling to help me feel sleepy.
Sets in very quickly. Almost exclusively a cerebral high; very little body side-effects. Thoughts are not organized; would not be a good strain to use before needing to accomplish tasks. Uplifting high, not necessarily giddy, but uplifted.
Easily our favorite dispensary in the area. The customers and the staff are extremely kind and offer a lot of great recommendations. (Lots of "shop talk," so to speak.) It is definitely more on the pricey side, but the quality of what they stock makes up for it.
It's definitely worth watching the weekly specials and using them, as well as the rewards card.
Pura Vida was recommended to me by our local dispensary when they ran out of Blue Dream stock. We - hubby and I - tend to really love the mental side effects for Blue Dream (helps with our anxiety and depression issues), so we were looking for something similar.
Pura Vida is now competing with Blue Dream as my favorite strain. It's very smooth and sweet, but the vapor is thin. It does take longer for the effects of the session to kick in, but they tend to last longer for us than Blue Dream.
