terrible customer service with worse management avoid this place at all costs

Terrible experience at Oasis North just now Went to go pick up my online order and was hoping to use a coupon from cannapages. Tried calling before hand to verify they would take a digital copy. Problem is no one answered the phone. Decided to take a shot anyways. When I showed up and asked if they would take a digital version of a canna page coupon and he said no. After some back and forth I tried to reason with him and asked if they could print one out then since it's literally hosted on a url. To make matters worse there was a printer to the left hand side of him that clearly had paper in it but he proceeded to tell me it was a scanner and couldn't print anything out. They wouldn't budge on there "policy" so I decided to just leave. Like there is already so much bs going on right now to tell me a digital coupon doesn't work is ridiculous. Marks the second time I have had issues with their customer service. Has anyone else had trouble redeeming a digital coupon from cannapages?

Place is legit and has a fire collection. Looking forward to coming back. Shout out to Sid for being a boss and knowing his buds.

This place is a freaking mess. Their online menu in no way matched what they have in stock. To make matters worse what they have on display is likely not in stock. Had Lava Cake on the shelf and when I went up to order they let me know it was all out. Why would you have this bud displayed if your out?!?! Found it very hard to find flower I wanted in a price range that worked.
