My husband and I were one of the first customers.We originally were getting curbside service, and thought we were building a good relationship with the owner Mario.
We have been loyal customers, but recently, I have been feeling harassed by him, saying," Don't be giving my staff a hard time over discounts". Sure, in the beginning we were getting a Medical discount, and a Senior discount. So of course, we got used to a certain price, for our product.Over the 2 years that we have been a customer, this has been consistent, so of course, when it changes drastically, I questioned why.
For Mario to continue to bother me over an incident that happened a year ago, is very immature and not very good business!! If he was kidding, it didn't feel like that, after he had said it to me, several times.
So after waiting 2 plus hours on 4/20, and not being Thanked for coming, or even any kind of inquiry as to how my husband was doing ( my husband does not go out much anymore, as he suffers from PTSD).
I went home upset, and told my husband, and he called Mario and had some choice words for him!
It certainly is a shame, that once some people start making money in the big world, that they loose their manners.
To the budtenders: We wish you all well! You all have been a pleasure to know! But, we will not be back!!
