ordered online at 2:30 for a specific product. 3 hours later I get a text saying my order is done. I drive all the way from 91st and Peoria, an they didn't have that product. they tried to say I read it wrong when I ordered. I walked out and they still have it on their menu online. and they also need to update their menus so people can see what they actually have instead of being lied too about what they want saying it's be done(not the first time either) an wasting 45 minutes of there time. i have screen shots of everything notification an menu. wasn't even offered compensation. would take a cold day in hell for me to go back
