I used to come here constantly for the deals and I work for Cheba Hut as a GM so I know customer service. The security guards outside are very rude, if you ask a simple question you get snapped at for wondering which line is pick up and which is walk-in. The line was very long so I decided to go with a pick up. I asked the employees outside sitting in the heat how long a pick up would be and I got ignored, understandable they are in the heat. I waited for this one young lady with super curly hair to come up so I could ask a question about how long pickups take and she told me she didn’t know and didn’t care. Another guy walked up with a pink shirt told me it wouldn’t be a loss if they didn’t get my pickup. Wow. It really sucks to write this because I used to come down here with munchies for their crew. Try to foster a good relationship with a fellow business. After today I will be advising my crew to stay clear of this place.
