On 2 occasions I have been shorted product I was charged for. the first time it was 2 grams of shatter, I came back after calling and they had it ready for me. Now I asked for a pre-rolled 1 gram of bruce banner, it was on sale, then I changed it and said actually give me two of the half grams, she obliged, and only put one in my bag. however I am fairly certain I was charged for a single 1 gram joint. It's only two dollars, but I feel like this is an ongoing issue. with different employee's each time. I do like the place. and the prices are semi reasonable, the staff is friendly. but make sure you check your stuff before you leave. or you may be making two trips...
