I am always happy to visit Cannabliss in Portland. I am a caregiver for my younger brother, so I pick up his medicine. Every time I visit Cannabliss, I am greeted with professionalism and smiles. I have been to several different dispensaries and Cannabliss is by far the best place I have visited. There is a dispensary very close to where I live (walking distance), but I will continue to go to Cannabliss to get my brothers medicine. Every other dispensary I have been to, the employees have been "high". I have nothing against people smoking, but it seems to me that if you're at work you should probably not be smoking (or at least not visibly high). Every time I have been to Cannabliss, the employees are not high (if they are I can't tell). Every employee I have dealt with is also very kind, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. I don't use the marijuana myself, so I am rating the quality by what my brother tells me. He is always very happy with the quality when I bring him medicine from Cannabliss. The atmosphere at Cannabliss is also very nice. I feel at ease whenever entering their building! I give Cannabliss ten stars out of five!

I am a caregiver for a family member. I have come into this dispensary a few times and have always had a good experience except my last visit. One particular gal that works here is GREAT (I don't really know everyone's name), and is always polite and cheerful. The owner on the other hand (I was told she is the owner) is a nightmare of a human being. I was waiting to be helped. There was another person ahead of me being helped. This other person was talking to the owner about a salve she makes for pain. The other person gave the owner a website address to go to and read about the salve. When the owner was done speaking with her, she helped me with what I needed. I then was speaking with the other person about her salve and commented on how AWESOME it is that she makes a salve to help with arthritis. I just thought it was so great that people could use the salve and not have to take pain pills... I asked about the website she was sharing with the owner for the purpose of reading about the salve (I don't smoke myself, I am a caregiver). The owner then flipped out and verbally assaulted us and yelled that we can't do business in her dispensary. We were NOT doing business at all. Not sure if this makes a difference, but the owner was CLEARLY "medicated" herself. After she attacked us inside the building, she came out onto the sidewalk and yelled that we are not allowed back. I have NO idea what she was so upset about. I then went back in and asked to speak with her again. I asked what I had done to offend her so badly and she started shouting about how I can't come in and do business with other people. I "calmly" explained that we were not doing business, but just talking about how neat the idea of salve is. She insisted I was. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me. The next day I called the main OMMP office and asked if I could make a complaint. They said yes and when I described the woman, they told me there wasn't much I could do, because she is the owner. So I will never be returning to this place...
