Was excited to try the new delivery service. I called, but was in a very non-helpful way and tone told that delivery needed to be handled on the website. So filled out the form and got a confirmation. Over an hour and 15 minutes later, still didn't hear hear any thing, so called. I heard him yell something to an employee, mumbled something to me about 5 minutes and hung up on me. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in Portland in the many years I have lived here.
