O........v

This was my first time here. I came in with a buddy who shops here all the time. The staff was all super friendly with my friend and I and the products were pretty good too. I watched something with a manager that I would hope gets rectified because the way he talked to his employees was very disheartening and made me not want to go back. This manager freaked out over a small issue with the register and when I asked why he acted the way he did (because I was in shock he reacted the way he did) they said oh it’s fine he does that all the time. Now if it was my store I would not put someone like that in charge. He literally changed the atmosphere behind the sales counter and if he works everyday and “does that all the time” I don’t know why anyone would want to work for this man. He got so flustered over a small register issue which to me was shocking because I think there’s 3 or 4 other register stations in the store. I hope the owner gets to read this because that is not someone with manager material. Please do something or you’ll lose lots of customers to that manager. I have shopped at many stores in Thurston county and I really liked the set up of the store and most of the products but having an employee like that let alone someone who’s in charge will be the reason why I will chose another store to shop and sit in the car when my buddy wants to shop here. That was very uncool. I hope something is done to change this atmosphere for your customers and employees.
