You must pay patients for all these one line 5 star reviews that are obvious BS after you visit this store! Rude guy in front of the store, tenders are slooooow and line is looong for a sunday afternoon. I wont be back anytime soon.

Everybody wandering aroiund doing everything except helping customers. Pathetic. Feels like buying weed in a mourge! It used to be upbeat and fun when it was Midtown Roots now it's a NFZ "NO Fun Zone"......sad

I drive 30 minutes one way every week to this place. now both atm's are malfunctioning. the machine says it gave money when it didn't. there are now 3patients including me waiting on someone from accounting. but when I ask what is going on I get escorted outside because I ask what is going on? Your security guard is rude and unprofessional. He felt the need to be heard under the threat of kicking me out. He is an a$$ hole! I can't believe I spend $250 a week here to get treated like crap! UNACCEPTABLE!

Let's start with the uneducated budtender first. I asked about this "cured resin" concentrate they have and was told it's different because they cure the buds before extraction where as everything else is just picked and ran fresh. Ignorant. So I told him he must be mistaken because the only thing picked fresh and extracted is live resin. His answer was to ask me to watch my language. Now I'm a veteran of the US Navy Seabees so my language can be a bit colorful but I always make a conscious effort around women and children to watch my vocabulary, as there were none present I spoke with my normal vernacular. So I said whatever give me a gram of this and that and I'll be on my way. He asks "No flower?" I said "Once I get told to watch my mouth by someone that's supposed to helping me I tend to stop shopping." He says " Well you offended me so why don't you take your card back and leave." So I left. My advice VETERANS DO NOT SHOP HERE! FIRST TIME PATIENTS DO NOT SHOP HERE! I have been a patient in Az for 7 years and I spend about $300 a week, this is the first and LAST time I will ever go here. P.S. I was also a budtender for 3 years and in that time never did I ever refuse someone meds because of the way I FELT.
